At TPT we’re constantly looking for ways to get you payouts faster. Just a few weeks ago we released a major improvement in the speed of payout for Tradovate users. Now we’ve improved the speed to payout by pulling back our evals from passing in 5-days, to just 3-days. This change takes effect August 17th, 2026 with no change to our daily payout policy, including day-one and daily payouts in PRO and PRO+.
To celebrate this program change we’re running a one-week Flash Sale with 50% off all evals plus no activation fee with code 50AND3. This offer ends August 24th, 2026.

What's Changing, and What’s Not
What’s changing: The trading-day minimum consistency requirement on all new test accounts is moving from 5-days to 3-days, that’s it. So now you can start a test account on Monday, pass by Wednesday, and begin taking payouts in PRO by Thursday.

What’s not changing: All the other test rules regarding profit target, position size, drawdown, approved products, and counter positions remain the same. A trading day still counts as any day you place at least one trade, and you can still take as long as you want to complete your evaluation. The 50% profit consistency requirement also has not changed.
Who This Applies to
This change applies to new test accounts only. If you're currently working through an evaluation, or you reset an existing one, the five-day minimum still applies on that account.
Does that mean the 3-day rule is a temporary promotion? No. It's a change to the program that takes effect beginning August 17th, not retroactively.
Why 3 Days, Not 2

A 2-day test with a 50% consistency rule (even with a cushion), can be difficult and even unlikely to pass in just 2-days. It basically means you need to be absolutely perfect two days in a row.
We kept it to 3-days because sometimes taking a bit more time is a better risk management strategy and a more realistic target for most traders. It’s still a challenge to pass in three, but that extra day gives you the ability to pull your average up or down to hit 50% consistency.
Cutting the minimum to 2-days would have meant we’re just advertising a number most traders couldn't actually hit. We'd rather be upfront. 3-days is 3-days. No gotcha. No fine print.
The Test Rules
The evaluation follows these rules. Only one changed.
Hit your profit target. Every account size has a fixed profit target, from $1,500 on a $25,000 account up to $9,000 on a $150,000 account.
Do not exceed maximum position size. Your account size sets a hard cap on contracts, with additional room allowed on approved micro products.
Do not hit your end-of-day maximum trailing drawdown. This is calculated once at the close of each trading day, not on open positions during the day.
Trade approved products, during approved hours. Futures on CME, CBOT, NYMEX, and COMEX, within the approved daily trading window, with no carrying positions overnight.
Minimum number of trading days. Now 3 instead of 5, plus 50% profit consistency requirement.

No counter positions. You can't hold opposite positions in the same or closely related contracts across accounts under your control.
Rules 1 through 4 and Rule 6 are untouched. The trading-day count in Rule 5 is what changed, not the 50% profit consistency requirement.
